The box is not sealed but all 48 original wax packs are sealed. The 1st Series Garbage Pail Kids (aka OS1 GPK; Original Series) were released by Topps to a slow response from the public. The first wrapper version contains the’25ยข’ logo on the pack. There is some slight wear on the box top left hand corner has some wear (See Photos). Garbage Pail Kids Series 1-15.
