I guarantee they have never been opened or tampered in any way. The individual packs have never even been removed from the box. If extra Pic’s are needed I could remove them for the first time ever. These boxes (with no black out/X out) are extremely rare. Who knows how many 10’s Like Steve Young or Jerry Rice are in here?? Bubble wrapped and double boxed for safety. Check out my feedback.
